Helen Harrill, Executive Director of Charlotte-based Substance Abuse Prevention Services of the Carolinas, receives the 2009 Art of Prevention Award from Wren Rivenbark, President of Addiction Professionals of North Carolina - The NC Association of Treatment and Prevention Professionals. The award was presented during APNC's annual Spring conference in recognition of her significant contribution to substance abuse prevention for more than thirty years.
